Ethiopian Airlines offers two cabin classes:
- Cloud Nine
- Economy
Cloud Nine is the airline’s upper class offering, while there is catering and in-flight entertainment in Economy class too. The airline provides a large amount of reading matter. Amenities and catering in Ecomomy class depend on the duration of the flight.
The frequent flyer program is known as ShebaMiles.
In terms of fleet management, Ethiopian Airlines is a pioneer in Africa. It is the only airline in Africa to operate the Boeing 777F (freighter) and it was also the first African airline to order the as yet undelivered Boeing 787 Dreamliner. For the rest, the fleet consists mainly of Boeing aircraft, although there are 12 Airbus A350-900s on order at the moment.
