General
LAN Peru (Lineas Aeras Nacionales del Peru) is the main airline in Peru. It is a subsidiary of LAN Airlines in Chile. Besides its Oneworld alliance partners, LAN Peru also has code-share agreements with nine other airlines.
LAN Peru runs three cabin classes on its flights:
- Premium Business
- Premium Economy
- Economy
The seats in the Economy class are adjustable and also recline. Premium Economy provides more legroom than Economy and also comes with a hot meal, but it is only available to 12 passengers on each of the Airbus planes. Premium Business is the premier cabin class and has beds, privacy partitions and personal electronic entertainment.
The frequent flyer program is called LANPASS and is shared with LAN Airlines.
LAN Peru uses a fleet of 30 aircraft, two thirds Airbus A319 and one third Boeing 767. All the planes are on lease from parent airline LAN Airlines, with another three 767s on order at the moment.
Giving specific information on the cabin service of LAN Peru is not easy as the airline is part of the larger LAN group in Latin America and if you try to make enquiries you may encounter the information in Spanish or Portuguese. Also, LAN Peru does not have its own star rating. For these reasons, please contact us so that we can assist you in booking your flight.
